Sushant Singh Rajput was a 34-year-old actor in the Bollywood Film Industry. He was mysteriously found hanging dead in his apartment in Bandra and is allegedly believed to have committed suicide. However, no proof, no suicide notes, or reasons that lead to the suicide have legally been proved yet. This case due to its controversies and multiple angles has gained the interest of the youth and adults all over the nation. The Bollywood Industry too has faced a huge social hit from the people.

Multiple questions have been raised, many people have been suspected and with that, some extremely dark secrets have surfaced on top.

Recently, fans, family and well-wishers of the late actor Sushant Singh Rajput rejoice the recent verdict of the honourable Supreme Court of India. 

Citizens all over the nation had meticulously protested for further deep investigation in the actor’s early unnatural demise. Their months long protest to provide justice for the late actor has finally turned out to be fruitful. 

The Supreme Court of India has released its verdict on the case pertaining to the mysterious death of Sushant Singh Rajput. On the morning of 19th August Wednesday, the government gave a green flag for the SSR case to be assigned to the CBI i.e. Central Bureau of Investigation that comes under the Home Ministry of India.

The CBI investigation will be carried out in Mumbai city where the actor lived.

Since CBI officials will be relentlessly working on the crux of this case, the quarantine and lockdown rules for incoming travellers will not be applicable for them. 

The Mumbai police officers, who had been investigating the case till date, now have been ordered to hand-over all the proofs and testaments to the CBI investigating party. It also implies that the state police, any kind of political or social party cannot intervene with the investigation procedure.



On 25th July 2020, KK Singh who is the father of Sushant Singh Rajput filed an FIR against Rhea Chakraborty and her family members for abetting suicide of his late son.

He accused Rhea Chakraborty to have illicitly stolen an amount of 15 crores from Sushant’s bank account. However, this part of the complaint is not yet supported by a concrete proof. It has been found that this bulk amount has been transacted from Sushant Singh Rajput’s account but there is no trace of that money into Rhea’s account.

KK Singh further clarifies that he has associated with a legal advocate Mr. Varun Singh, and a senior advocate Mr. Vikas Singh to fight this case.

Sushant’s family expresses gratitude towards the legal system of the country on granting CBI enquiry on the SSR Case. K.K Singh states that he is proud of the nation more than ever and believes in the proficiency of the CBI officials.



Actress Rhea Chakraborty was the alleged girlfriend of the late actor Sushant Singh Rajput. While all fingers pointing towards her guilt, Rhea claims that she is not guilty. The SC had also denied the request of Chakraborty to transfer the case from Bihar Police to Mumbai police.

She states that her relationship with Sushant had been stressed before the suicide. She denies all the allegations put on her by Sushant Singh’s family and other members of the Bollywood Industry for abetment to suicide.

Rhea Chakraborty also denies having taken or ‘stolen’ any illicit cash from her late boyfriend’s bank account. No concrete proof of any monetary bank transfer has been found from Sushant’s account into Rhea’s, till date. However, the investigation is still running its course.

In addition, Rhea accuses Sushant Singh Rajput’s sister Priyanka of sexually groping and harassing her under heavy influence of alcohol. The incident took place after they had returned from a party. She claims that this incident and several other aspects lead to leave the house she shared with Sushant Singh Rajput. Rhea and Sushant were dating and stayed together in an apartment in Bandra. She moved out of this house on the 8th of June 2020.

Rhea is fighting for her justice in association with her legal lawyer Satish Mane Shinde. Rhea’s party claims that they themselves put forth and supported the protest for a CBI enquiry for the case. Her lawyer further adds that Rhea’s party has nothing to hide and she will appear in front of the court when asked to. They are affirmative that the reality of the case will touch higher layers.

In conclusion, the actress demands justice for her as well as her late boyfriend. She uses her social media handle to convey a message to the masses stating, ‘The truth shall prevail’.


The Jantadal party and their spokesperson Rajiv Ranjan Prasad, in Bihar, have appreciated and expressed their happiness with Nitish Kumar government’s decision to hand over the case to the Central Bureau of Investigation.

The poor management of testaments and crime scene by the Mumbai police has invited loads of criticism from the masses, opposition parties as well as the Supreme Court itself. However, in defence, the ex-chief minister of Maharashtra government claims that Mumbai Police is working at its best and will dig the matter with efficiency.

The unnecessary and forced quarantine of IPS officer Vinay Tiwari has led the justice seeking parties to become even more furious and desperate in the quest of the truth.
